The other day on Instagram I shared that I was struggling with my anxiety. Since SO many of you reached out and said you struggle with similar issues, I wanted to talk a little more in depth about my own history with anxiety and depression as well as share some of the coping mechanisms that have worked for me since I’ve been dealing with these feelings since I was a kid.
This is a positive video! We all go through so many things that seem hopeless, but remember there is always help and it will pass! I hope that the more we share our own stories, the less stigmatized these kinds of issues will become.
