One way I like to manage my anxiety and stress is through working out and setting goals, and if you’re like me right now some days I have a lot of that to manage! I know many of us are self-quarantined but still trying to workout to stay healthy and boost our immune systems, so I’m going to be sharing some of my at-home workouts (plus diet and golf tips in future videos). This week is a quick arms and abs workout you can do anywhere, with or without equipment.
